Day off ranch event/wedding packages

Check in for your event on Friday afternoon and enjoy complete ownership of the ranch until Sunday at noon. Scout out your ideal ceremony location, discuss details with your event planner, relax in the hot tub, and allow yourself sometime to enjoy the ranch. With this package, eliminate the stress of finding accommodations for your adjoining party and enjoy full use of our private guest cabin. Greet your guests with a cocktail party or rehearsal event and send them home after a celebratory Sunday brunch! This package includes:

• Use of the event barn from Friday until Sunday
• Two nights in the four bedroom guest suite
• Two nights in the one bedroom guest cabin
• Seating for 150 guests available for use (additional seating may be rented locally)
• Tables for 250 guests, 72" round each seating 10 guests. 5 high top cocktail tables, sound system.
• Use of  BBQ pit trailer with smoker, Santa Maria grill, and propane burners
• Catering kitchen for you and your caterer
• Covered cocktail patio with pendant heaters, party lights, wine barrel cocktail tables, and an artisan  outdoor bar 
• Sunset patio, complete with party lights
• Restroom facilities.
• 114 acres of land to explore, providing ample parking for your event
• 3 high top cocktail tables.

This package includes:
